Inquiry & Registration
Email LinkUp Crypto with your intended direction (RMB → crypto), amount, and target coin/network.
KYC Verification
Submit identity proof and source-of-funds details to complete compliance checks. We only serve lawful, verifiable clients.
Live Quote Confirmation
We provide a transparent quote based on the current market, clearly listing the rate, network fee, and 3% service fee.
Payment & Delivery
Once confirmed, you pay per the agreed process, and we help complete the exchange and send assets to your wallet address.
Supported Digital Assets
Other coins available on request. For USDT transfers, always confirm the network (see TRC20 vs ERC20) — choosing the wrong network can cause loss of funds.
Compliance & Risk Statement
- KYC / AML Compliance: LinkUp Crypto requires all exchange clients to complete identity verification (KYC) and explain source of funds, following anti-money-laundering (AML) principles. We do not offer anonymous service.
- No Illicit Use: We do not facilitate any illegal fund movement, fraud, money laundering, or regulatory evasion, and reserve the right to decline suspicious transactions.

How is the exchange service priced?
A 3% fee per transaction, listed transparently in the quote. Blockchain network fees (gas) are separate and stated in the quote.
Why is KYC verification required?
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and regulatory requirements, we verify client identity and source of funds. We do not offer anonymous exchange or serve any illegal fund movement.
Which coins and networks are supported?
Mainly USDT (TRC20/ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Other coins on request. For USDT, always confirm the network — choosing wrong can cause loss of funds.
Is the exchange legal and safe?
We provide manual exchange assistance on a compliance-first basis, requiring KYC and following applicable laws. Please also confirm the rules in your own jurisdiction. This service is not investment advice; prices are volatile.
